The Selection Driver Risk Index™ is a psychometric assessment that provides you with a robust and validated system for the recruitment and selection of safe and responsible drivers. It enables you to assess personality and emotional reactions to the demands of driving for work. Some drivers may be motivated to save time by speeding to meet scheduled deadlines and take risks due to time pressures. The selection factors detect the psychological competences drivers need to cope well with the demands of driving for work. The factors assessed include:
