The Driver Risk Index™ is benchmarked and translated at country level – enabling a truly global solution.
The Driver Risk Index™ is currently translated and benchmarked for 24 countries worldwide, with more translations being added to our portfolio all the time. We can research and develop new national level variants on request. Our international clients range from those seeking a solution in one country, through to major multinational organisations seeking global implementation.
Driver Risk Index™ profile reports provide individualised feedback to drivers and are the first stage in encouraging drivers to reflect on their driving behaviour, understand their strengths and weakness and adopt the recommendations contained in the specific Driver Risk Index™ profile on how to improve safety. Many of our clients also choose to influence at risk driver behaviours with our targeted interventions based on Driver Risk Index™ profiles.
Interventions available to our international clients include Driver Risk Index™+ E-Learning, local driver coaching solutions and online training for driver trainers. Our online training courses enable you to implement the Driver Risk Index™ within your own organisation with support from us.
The Police Driver Risk Index™ has become integral to the management and development of drivers within South Wales Police and now forms the basis of the ongoing risk management for police drivers, ranging from management interventions to post incident evaluation. It has enabled the force to develop and challenge more effectively the underlying organisational and cultural beliefs surrounding the police driving context. Used in combination with more effective coaching skills, simulated assessments and electronic tracking of drivers we have seen the force accident/incident rate drop from 736 to 577 during the past two years, an effective reduction of 21%.
